Leadership Circle
Profile & Debrief

This is our core foundational package that combines the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360º assessment with a 90-minute debrief session

Metaphorically, it’s like combining an MRI and a GPS for your leadership. As your coach, I’ll be the expert to interpret, guide, and build a personal action plan. 

Here’s what an LCP + Debrief engagement looks like:

• Set up / orientation session

• LCP 360-assessment 

• 90-minute debrief session on LCP model and interpretation of results

• Agree on a personal action plan (including the decision for continuation coaching sessions)

Individual
Leaders 

Working one-on-one as a trusted partner, I will help you identify areas of leverage that will up-level your leadership.  Includes the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360º  assessment, personalized coaching sessions, and spot coaching. 

We’ll focus on self-awareness and make intentional shifts from reactive to creative leadership behaviors that will result in major impact on your performance and your life.

Here’s what a typical engagement looks like:

• Orientation foundational session to set the stage for coaching 

•  LCP 360-assessment to ground us in the current state of things

• Six months of weekly one-on-one coaching sessions

• Unlimited spot coaching between sessions

• Check-in with direct manager or executive officer where applicable

Coaching

We equip teams with the necessary tools, frameworks, and skills to transform their effectiveness, decision-making, and overall impact. We use the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360º or the Collective Leadership Assessment to provide insights.

Group data reports provide a baseline picture from which to transform and improve.

Coaching, workshops, and interactive webinars are all options to develop a robust custom plan for your team development.
